Activities to Focus on the Good Things

During this quarantine times is a little harder to stay positive and see the good things in life so I decided to draw this fun activities for you to get your mind to concentrate in something more positive for a little while :).


For the 1st one imagine you are lying in the grass watching the clouds. Once you are relaxed think on what made you happy today or this week, write or draw in the clouds those moments of joy.
